The School of Business is also home to the Monieson Centre, a global leader in researching the management of knowledge-based enterprises, the Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility, and the Centre for Business Venturing.

Queen's was the first business school in Canada to establish a Fulbright Visiting Chair, providing an opportunity for our faculty to forge important links with their American counterparts. And the School was recently selected to join an elite group of international business schools and corporations to work with the United Nations Global Compact on its Global Responsibility Initiative.

#3 Respected Faculty Team – Outstanding Researchers and Teachers

The stellar reputation of Queen’s School of Business is due in part to the strength of our faculty. Our professors have won numerous awards for research and hold prestigious editorial positions. A School of Business faculty member is one of the few business school professors in Canada to be elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada.

Our professors have been lauded as well for teaching excellence, including three recent National Post "Leaders In Business Education" awards and an "Outstanding Teacher in Marketing" award from the International Academy of Marketing Science. This high level of teaching expertise assures students of a solid conceptual grounding in their selected field of study.
